What makes Springboard different?

Springboard is intentionally designed to create meaningful connections and practical learning experiences all day and at nighttime. Instead of relying on large expo halls or sales-driven interactions, attendees spend three days learning from industry leaders, exchanging ideas with peers, and building relationships that often continue long after the programming ends each day. We purposefully curate our evening events at Springboard to be a relaxed and fun environment to network with other attendees.

Will I still get value if my franchise brand is already established?

Absolutely! While Springboard has become the premier conference for emerging franchisors, many established brands attend to discover fresh ideas, strengthen industry relationships, and stay current on the trends shaping franchising.

How many people attend?

Springboard intentionally maintains an intimate atmosphere while bringing together hundreds of franchisors, suppliers, investors, and industry leaders from across the country. It’s large enough to provide diverse perspectives while remaining small enough to make genuine connections.

Is Springboard a trade show?

No. Springboard doesn’t feature a traditional expo hall. Instead, suppliers and sponsors participate alongside franchisors throughout the conference, creating more authentic conversations and stronger long-term relationships because we keep you busy through programming all day and into the night with epic, never seen before networking events .

Which airport should I fly into?

Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) is the closest major airport, located approximately 25 miles from the Omni Fort Worth Hotel. Dallas Love Field (DAL) is also a convenient option.

What should I wear?

Business casual is the standard attire during daytime sessions and networking. If you’d like to embrace our Texas setting, Western-inspired business casual is always welcome. For evening events, many attendees enjoy dressing things up with boots, hats, or Texas-inspired attire—but it’s completely optional. Whether you go full Texas or stick with classic business casual, you’ll fit right in.

When should I plan my travel?

We recommend arriving Wednesday morning to take full advantage of the conference, which begins Wednesday afternoon at 1:00 p.m. Springboard concludes Friday afternoon.

Suppliers & Sponsorships

How can I sponsor Springboard?

Springboard offers a variety of sponsorship opportunities designed to increase visibility while creating meaningful connections with attendees. Visit our Sponsors page or contact us to learn more about available opportunities.

Do suppliers have to sponsor to attend?

Tips for First-Time Attendees

I’ve never attended Springboard before. What should I expect?

Expect an engaging mix of educational sessions, meaningful networking, and conversations with some of franchising’s most respected leaders. Whether you’re attending with colleagues or on your own, Springboard is designed to be welcoming, collaborative, and easy to navigate.

How should I prepare before I arrive?

Review the agenda, download the event app, and come ready to meet new people. Bringing business cards is always a good idea, but many attendees also connect digitally throughout the conference via our app’s built-in networking feature.

How can I get the most value from the event?

Introduce yourself to people, ask questions during sessions, and attend all the networking events. Some of the most valuable conversations happen between sessions or over coffee—not just from the stage.

Still Have Questions?

How can I stay up to date before the conference?

We’ll share speaker announcements, event updates, and important reminders through email, social media, and the Franchisors.com event app.
